Q: How much does it cost?
A: The pricing packages range from 16 cent to 12 cent depending on how many call units you buy. Your unused minutes roll-over the next month and are valid for one year from purchase.

Q: Is there a monthly fee?
A: Not for nonprofit organizations. However, there is a minimum $100 monthly fee for private sector organizations.

Q: Does this solution work with Salesforce.com?
A: Yes. We have developed a price structure and an app that links to the Professional, Enterprise and Unlimited Editions as well as the Nonprofit Template (provided by the Salesforce Foundation to Nonprofit organizations).  You do not require any special configuration and it installs quickly and easily -- no coding necessary.  To learn more about the Salesforce App please click

Q: Are you a Salesforce partner?
A: Yes. We are a recognized Salesforce foundation partner as well as Appexchange partner.

Q: Will I be able to see what happened to my calls?
A:
Yes, the reports will show you how many people answered in person or by answer machine and how long they each listened to the call.

Q: I am restricted as to who I send message to?
A: Yes. The Phone Campaigner is not intended to be used for unwanted calls. You are responsible for ensuring proper use complies with all applicable laws and all other provisions within our Terms of Use. Please read our Terms of Use thoroughly before completing the signup process.

Q: Will my contact/member list(s) be sold?
A: No. We adhere to a strict Privacy Policy regarding our commitment to you.

Q: What states or countries can I call?
A: We deliver messages anywhere in North America

Q: Does The Phone Campaigner integrate with State and National “Do Not Call” lists?
A: No. The Phone Campaigner is only for permission based calls to people with whom you have a personal or business relationship and not intended to be used for unwanted calls. Therefore, we do not integrate with State and National “Do Not Call” lists. More information available here.

Q: How do I create my own voice messages?
A: First we recommend that you write your script, practice it a few times and time it. After you log-into your account, go to “My Messages” and type in the name of the new message it will appear in your list. Select “Record” next to it and it will appear at the top of the page. Then enter the phone number you want the system to call you at and click SEND & your phone will ring with a minute or so and simply follow the prompts to record your message.

Q: How long should my message be?
A: We recommend that you time your voice message to be around 45 seconds.
