Answers
What are your rates?
We offer three types of “rate solutions” to accommodate varying financial needs:
“Packaged Solutions”
Why reinvent the wheel? Many organizations require standard solutions (Such as database development). Our “Packaged Solutions” are ideal for the organization looking to standardize its technology. Moreover, our “Packaged Solutions” are divided into segments, allowing your organization to decide: what you need; when you need it; and how much you are willing to pay. The prices are fixed, so you do not have to be concerned about unforeseen expenses. For more information contact us directly.
“Scope of Work”
We also provide customized solutions fit to your specific needs. After a gratis consultation you will be provided with a Scope of Work. The Scope of Work will provide detailed steps on what we are promising to do for the project, and how much it will cost. The Scope of Work is accurate to within a 15% prediction.
“Hourly Rate”
Hourly rates are divided into private sector and public sector segments and may vary depending on the number of users, complexity of the organization and technical skill level of the staff. Hours may be pre-purchased for discounts.
For a needs/cost assessment of your organization contact us directly.
You will always be advised to select the most cost-effective alternative. Organizations with 501(c)(3) status can expect savings between 20% and 100% and are often eligible for funding.
I do not have 501(c)(3) status, may I still utilize your services?
Yes you may, but having 501(c)(3) or b corporation status helps considerably. Much of our supporters offer discounted services for altruistic reasons. For more information on how to become a 501(c)(3) or b corporation contact us.
Do you consult NGO's?
Yes we do and often times we are able to provide the same cost efficient methodologies that we offer our 501(c)(3) clientele.
Do you consult the private sector?
We devote 80% of our time and resources to the public sector . The additional 20% of our time and resources are devoted to private sector organizations that are actively engaged in philanthropic efforts. In recognition of their efforts they receive a significantly discounted rate (well below the industry standard). For a listing of our private sector clients or how you can take advantage of our 80/20 discount for the private sector contact us.
May I contact your previous clients for a reference?
Yes, we encourage it. We feel that there is no better way to evaluate our performance than by speaking with our client base. Please feel free to contact us directly for a list of referrals.
Do you have any information about the nonprofit gift from Salesforce.com?
Yes, click here for a brief description and then contact us directly to learn about how we may help you obtain this gift from the Salesforce Foundation.
Our organization is not located near your office locations—can you still deliver your services?
Yes. 95% of our project delivery is done remotely. It is not necessary for us to be physically present in order to deliver a project. Our office locations allow us to accommodate all time zones effectively and due to our locality we do not have to compete with the economies of larger cities. This allows us to keep our cost down and provide you with affordable, reliable work. For a listing of references that have received remote work please contact us.
