We offer three types of “rate solutions” to accommodate varying financial needs.
Packaged Solutions: Why reinvent the wheel? Many organizations require standard solutions (such as database development). Our Packaged Solutions are ideal for the organization looking to standardize its technology. Moreover, our Packaged Solutions are divided into segments, allowing your organization to decide what you need, when you need it, and how much you are willing to pay. The prices are fixed, so you don't have to be concerned about unforeseen expenses. For more information contact us directly.
Scope of Work: We can also provide customized solutions to fit your specific needs. After a gratis consultation, you will be provided with a Scope of Work. The Scope of Work will provide detailed steps and information to accomplish what we are promising to do for the project, and how much it will cost. The Scope of Work is accurate to within a 15% prediction.
Hourly Rate: Hourly rates are divided into private sector and public sector segments, and may vary depending on the number of users, complexity of the organization and technical skill level of the staff. Hours may be pre-purchased for discounts. For a needs/cost assessment of your organization contact us directly. You will always be advised to select the most cost effective alternative. Organizations with 501(c)(3) status can expect savings between 20% and 100% and are often eligible for funding.
Yes you may, but having 501(c)(3) or B Corporation status helps considerably. Many of our partners offer discounted services for altruistic reasons. For more information on how to become a 501(c)(3) or B Corporation, contact us.

Yes. 95% of our project delivery is done remotely. It is not necessary for us to be physically present in order to deliver a project. Our office locations allow us to accommodate all time zones effectively and due to our locality, we do not have to compete with the economies of larger cities. This allows us to keep our costs down and provide you with affordable, reliable work. For a listing of references that have received remote work please contact us.
Yes, Idealist Consulting holds over 4 million dollars in insuarance policy. Feel free to contact us directly if you would like a commercial certification of insurance for policy verification.
Of course Idealist Consulting appreciates a referral from an existing client. Should a client choose to leverage our referral program, Idealist Consulting will gift one hour of implementation credit for every 20 hours that is purchased by the referred client. This implementation credit is for the initial project deployment ONLY and does NOT include subsequent projects or addendums. A referal credit may only be applied as labor and may not be redeemed as cash. Implementation credit will be applied as soon as retainer is recieved by the referred client.
