Driving YOUR Database?
When you first learned how to drive you were not just thrown keys and told “good luck”. You had to learn the basics. This learning process translated into countless hours listening to your parents holler at you while you learned to parallel park -- Hopefully without hitting the curb, mailbox or an unsuspecting pedestrian. Adopting a new database deserves the same effort. Much like driving, a database is relatively intuitive. However, with a little extra training you will find that those unnecessary accidents can be avoided. Below is a listing of online trainings that are provided by Salesforce (at no cost to Nonprofits). Each training is about as exciting as Drivers Ed course but I assure you it will be much more rewarding. Please take the time to get the most out of your investment and learn to drive your database.
