3 Signs It’s Time to Consider Campaign Automation

You know you need campaign automation when...

  1. Your organization is having a hard time identifying key prospects and under-the-radar VIPs.

  2. You feel like you need greater segmentation capabilities and an intuitive way to qualify and assign contacts.

  3. Your marketing plan involves constantly running reports to target the right people; then adding those people to this campaign and these people (the ones that meet some other specific filter criteria), to another campaign. And then sometimes the campaign member status needs to be updated when an opportunity comes in or a contact meets new criteria -- so another report needs to be run with new filters. Rinse and repeat each week, month, day, quarter. Oh, and some of those people should have received an email while others deserved a phone call, two weeks ago.

It’s time to consider campaign automation.

A new app from Predictive Response, CampaignFlow, is ready to work for your organization.

Campaign member updates and instant send email will make sure that your campaign data is always up-to-date and that email engagements can happen in real-time. For organizations running with Enterprise licenses (the Nonprofit Starter Pack is an Enterprise edition), you have 500 free emails at your disposal, every day. If you have a 3rd-party mass email tool, then CampaignFlow can be used to continually populate your email campaign list. For users at a desktop or on-the-go with a Salesforce1 mobile device, you will now have one-touch campaign management -- simply update a lead, contact or opportunity record and CampaignFlow will move the right people into the right campaigns.

No more filtering and running reports. CampaignFlow activates records in real-time.

Here are some screenshots of how it looks:

Create a new flow for any campaign directly from the campaign record. You'll have access to all lead and contact fields and can use the same login you're used to from Salesforce reports.

On-the-go Salesforce1 users will now be able to add and update campaign members as CampaignFlow goes to work after they complete their updates to contacts, leads, and opportunities.

If you are a Click & Pledge customer you can use their new Patron Value Rank to quickly identify and respond to high-value supporters, or if you are using the Nonprofit Starter Pack you can build a dynamic donor ladder based on lifetime giving and recent donation dates and values. Campaign management is a critical component to the Salesforce ecosystem, now with CampaignFlow, it can be automated so you can spend more time with your organization’s critical people.
